As API Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the product roadmap for the Open APIs, to include feature enhancements with consideration to security, quality, delivery, developer experience, and operationalization of the platform. We're looking for someone with a technical background who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details of our solution, who can also look ahead and craft a vision for where our platform is heading.

Location (Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, Remote):
We have offices in Wilmington, NC and Austin, TX and while some positions need to be based out of those offices, we will consider remote candidates based in the Eastern or Central Time zones for this position.


Your Rhythm:

  • Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills
  • Ability assess and quantify market opportunities
  • Maniacal focus on serving API consumers
  • Ability to manage competing priorities & make quick decisions
  • Ability to craft a product vision and roadmap, balancing customer-driven feedback with the broader organizational strategies, opportunities, and goals
  • Ability to define and measure meaningful business key performance indicators for the API product
  • Ability to stay flexible & think creatively in an environment where change is the norm
  • Ability to understand complex systems of integrated technologies
  • Solid understanding of API products, including industry trends and players
  • Understanding of current SaaS best practices


Your Composition:

  • 5+ years building SaaS software
  • 3+ years product management or related industry experience in the API space
  • Banking or fintech experience is a significant plus, but not required
