Reporting to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, the Compliance Manager /Analyst is responsible for updating and managing compliance requirements, procedures, documentation, and internal controls designed to support Apiture’s compliance obligations.

Your Vibe:

  • Manage and update compliance documentation
  • Update and keep current enterprise controls related to SOC2, FFIEC requirements
  • Experience in responding to due diligence requests from third parties
  • Monitor effectiveness of policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Management and update of risk assessments
  • eGRC tool administration and updates
  • Adhoc projects

  • Experience working with cross functional teams

Your Composition:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • -10 years compliance and risk experience
  • Familiarity with NACHA Rules
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud technologies
  • Prior compliance and risk Banking, FinTech, or Technology experience
