Director, Enterprise Contracts

Do you have a passion for solving problems at the convergence of technology and business? We have a goal to revolutionize banking through an open architecture built natively for the next-generation of serverless, cloud-based technologies. To meet this goal, we're seeking a Director, Enterprise Contracts to help us draft, negotiate and manage commercial agreements with our customers and vendors.



  • General Counsel



  • Lead negotiation and finalization of customer and vendor agreements
  • Develop and document contracting processes and procedures
  • Liaise with business stakeholders, including sales, finance, IT, and implementations, to develop enterprise-wide contract administration strategies and related business processes
  • Manage the storage, organization, and retention of contract documents
  • Generate regular reporting on contract status and related metrics and artifacts
  • Supervise and provide line management for contracts support personnel
  • Communicate with senior leadership concerning material contracting activity



  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers, vendors, and internal business / technical stakeholders
  • Excellent commercial judgment and negotiation skills

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Conceptual and creative thinking skills
  • Aptitude with office computing and administration technologies (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Force).
  • Ability to work the hours required to fulfill the essential functions of the position



  • Bachelor of Arts / Sciences or more advanced degree



  • 10+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • 5+ years leading or managing a high-volume contracting function



  • Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers  
  • Able to sit, stand, stoop and bend   
  • The ability to work the days and hours required to fulfill the essential functions of the position
