Wanted: QA Engineering Intern 

Do you love solving problems and want to join a team of expert developers focused on ensuring the quality of code?  Interning with Apiture will allow you opportunities to get hands-on experience learning about test-driven development, creating automation tests for the UI and API workflows and being part of a dynamic team and company building innovative financial apps.  Interested in sharpening your development skills and contributing to software development used across the country?  We expect all of our team to question tradition and automate everything.  We like quality products and working closely with our friends developing our applications.  We test our APIs, web and mobile applications.  Our development life-cycle is aggressive.  Tests are written during the same sprint as development.  Learn what it is like to be a part of a sprint team or take on building new tools for CICD.  You will not be bored, and your resume will thank you. 

Be ready to work with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems; help automate and streamline our operations and processes; build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations; and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.  Quality is everywhere! 

 

Your gear:

  • Experience with Java, Typescript, Node, Jasmine, Jenkins
  • A desire to learn about Test Driven Development and CI/CD best practices
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate independently on projects.
  • Should be studying software engineering or a in field that's closely related

 

Begin each day from our basecamp:

This will be a 3-month, part-time internship. Our office is just a short hop away from the shops and dining at The Domain and The Arboretum. You will get the opportunity to work with some of the smartest, energetic people you’ll find anywhere. While you may have never heard of us, rest assured – hundreds of financial institutions and millions of customers rely on us to power some of the most innovative and important pieces in the financial industry.
