Position Summary

Apiture’s Human Resources Director is responsible for all of the day-to-day HR operations, as well as the strategic initiatives of the department. 


1.     Design and administer all benefit plans, including coordination of disability and FMLA process

2.     Responsible for administering Apiture’s equity plan

3.     Ensures compliance with federal and state labor laws, ERISA, and other regulations, as determined by auditors and regulators

4.     Coordinates the philanthropic initiatives of the organization

5.     Responsible for compensation plan design, including annual bonus plan

6.     Administers annual performance review and quarterly goal setting process

7.     Works alongside managers to resolve any personnel issues, and strategic long term planning

8.     Liaison with recruitment team

9.     Together with finance, responsible for the personnel budget

10.   Responsible for coordination of new hire onboarding, benefit enrollment and employee training programs

11.    Oversees payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance

12.   Responsible for the growth and development of the Human Resources department

13.   Other projects or administrative duties as required

SKILLS and Attributes:

·       College degree required


·       Prior Human Resources experience required (4+ years)

·       Preferred management experience

·       Preferred experience in Fintech industry
