Apiture Named Leader in Digital Banking Platform Scorecard
The Javelin 2021 Digital Banking Platform Vendor scorecard evaluated eleven vendors in the digital banking space ranging from traditional out-of-the-box solutions to API-powered digital engines. The results of the scorecard were based on a 220-point functionality criteria and a qualitative assessment of experience and product delivery.
Apiture has been recognized as an “Overall Leader” in the 2021 Digital Banking Platform Vendor Scorecard, and has also been recognized as a Leader in two categories: “Functionality” and “Experience and Engagement”.
Functionality: Scored on a 220-point criteria across seven categories: Account Management, Financial Fitness, Money Movement, Security & Control, Servicing & Communications, Account Origination & Onboarding, and Alerts & Notifications.
Experience & Engagement: Inclusive of a qualitative assessment of digital discovery, account insights and personalization, and marketing support.
Development & Delivery: An assessment of hosting options, implementation processes and support offerings, resources available through partnerships and API connections, cross-channel support and servicing options, and data analysis, reporting, and targeting tools.
