We’re looking for an experienced UX practitioner to help shape our research & UX content practice across multiple product teams. If you enjoy exploring user problemsvalidating assumptions, and making an impact in a fast-paced startup environment, we want to hear from you.  

In this role, you will work with designers, stakeholders, and product managers to define key practices & deliverables based on the needs and goals of each project. You will plan and execute research projects and synthesize insights in an actionable way. You will lead content review projects and own the standardization of our UX writing. You will facilitate conversations and balance competing needs & priorities. Occasionally, you may even provide design support with mockups or prototypes. The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide variety of UX tactics and be able to adapt them in new and inventive ways.  



  • 5+ years working on building products for the web 
  • 2+ years working on mobile or SaaS applications  
  • Working familiarity with software development processes, including Agile & Kanban 



  • Plan, design, and execute user research projects, including discovery research, in-context research, and usability testing 
  • Organize and execute content strategy & UX writing projects
  • Execute information architecture projects, including content modeling 
  • Wireframing & prototyping 



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 



  • Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers  
  • Able to sit, stand, stoop and bend  
  • The ability to work the days and hours required to fulfill the essential functions of the position  
  • The ability to sustain work for several hours and to multitask
