We’re backed by some of the biggest and most well-respected names in finance and we’re growing – fast, currently looking to significantly expand our regional sales team.

We are currently looking to add a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to drive the sale of Apiture’s community digital banking platform. The RSD should be a highly motivated hunter with 3-5 years of software sales experience.  This role is responsible for developing new business and managing existing relationships with community financial institutions and will be working remotely. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys digital transformation, loves the thrill of the chase, building territories and hates to lose! 



  • Manage existing community banking relationships through field-based outreach
  • Cross sell new products & services and renegotiate renewals with existing customers
  • Sell digital banking software solutions to well-defined target accounts within your territory focusing on banking executives in technology, operations and business
  • Conduct needs analysis and account mapping activities to identify well qualified prospects
  • Work with a dedicated internal team of support reps and customer success managers to optimize relationships and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Maintain and report on sales activities and pipeline through our CRM platform
  • Participate in marketing events and trade shows as required



  • Strong outside software sales experience with a documented track record of success
  • Strong prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong account management skills with expertise in building long term relationships
  • Financial technology or digital banking knowledge a plus
  • Has worked independently in a field-based sales role with the ability to travel
  • Detail-oriented and goal driven with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Works collaboratively across cross-functional teams



  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience



  • Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Able to sit, stand, stoop and bend
  • The ability to work the days and hours required to fulfill the essential functions of the position
